Leading with the true power of belonging and living in the now, my speaking events aim to support individuals with the busy noise. My experiences and evidence based research help people to connect with self acceptance, confidence, being good enough, LGBT+, mental illness and childhood trauma.
We all have our past, but it is accepting the past and committing to the present- after all, we 'see and judge the present through the eyes of the past'.
We also look into the here and now, while your mind is in the future.Ever thought 'I'll be happy when'? - this is called the 'anxiety gap'. The answer to al of this is simply living in thenow.
